Mason Bees on Echinaceae
I'm not sure what these Mason Bees are doing, but I suspect that they are processing nectar and pollen into a substance called "bee bread" that they will pack into the chambers where they lay eggs. The hatching larvae will consume the food.
Changing Light
This is a 57 second time lapse video of the changing light during the 2017 Total Solar Eclipse. The actual filming time was about 7 minutes and 40 seconds, with one minute of totality. A couple of lucky people from our group were on the lake for the entirety.
